I loved the daily fresh linen smell in my clean room. They even packed me a lunch for my day trip, which was such a nice touch! The sauna and body scrub options were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hitch was a bit of noise from the street, but it didn’t ruin the overall great vibe! 🌟

Excellent hotel. The designers seemed to have paid attention to every detail. My favorite element of the design were these little portholes on the bottom of the bathroom door that doubled as a night light if the bathroom light was on. The bed was also very comfortable, internet was free, a pretty decent breakfast at the beautiful hotel restaurant was included in the rate, and they also gave us two drink tickets when we checked-in, although we did not get a chance to use them as our stay in krakow was brief. The hotel staff was also very attentive and recommended some great places to eat and enjoy the evening. Given the convenient location five minutes between kazimierz and the old town, it was easy to get just about anywhere you'd want to go. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff could not do enough. They arranged private drivers and tours, airport transfers and gave excellent tour advice. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable I did not want to get out of bed! The restaurant is nothing less than gourmet. Bar staff and wait staff aim to please. Morning Buffet complete, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

Proximity to major attractions, Unique room styles, Luxurious spa facilities
Inconsistent air conditioning effectiveness needs attention!!! Noise from trams can be bothersome if you stay on lower floors!!! Housekeeping quality should be consistently high for better guest satisfaction!!!

New
The reality did not match with the internet description. No spa, no parking, located on a noisy street.

Got deluxe queen room with a balcony when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. The setting was comfy, right by Amarylis, and main old town area. Spent a nice evening at Pod Baranem, located not too far from the venue.

In overall, the place is cute, has best staff at the reception desk. The rooms are air conditioned and also delightful. The bed is comfy, really! Our hotel is set in a central location just next door to the restaurant, the main square, and old town. Can recommend while travelling to Krakow.
